The Town of Southwick Massachusetts was founded in 1770 and is located in Hampden County.

The town contains a population of about 9000 year round residents.

Southwick is ranked as a major recreational center because of its Congamond Lakes and motocross 338 as well as its large open space. The town also contains a number of great restaurants as well as two golf clubs/courses.
