From Mass Pike East:Take exit 3 [Westfield], Right after toll booth onto Rt 10 & 202 South. Follow for 6.7 miles into Southwick center. Turn left at Mobil Gas Station onto Rt 57 East for 0.6 miles. Turn right at middle school on to Powder Mill Rd. Track is 0.4 miles on left. Look for American Legion Post 338 sign.

RUGGED MANIAC - Southwick

Not for the faint of heart, frail of body, or weak of mind, the Rugged Maniac 5K was designed with the assistance of Navy SEALs to push your limits and determine how rugged you truly are!

This five kilometer course traverses some of the most rugged terrain the region has to offer, including a motocross track, which we've amped up with barbed wire, tunnels, mud pits, barricades, cargo nets, scrambles, swinging pendulums and a host of other obstacles that make this course one rugged gauntlet of glory! When it's all done, you'll have the right to declare "I am a Rugged Maniac!" and you'll have an awesome t-shirt to prove it. So come on out, push your limits and then celebrate with live music, food, beer, friends and other likeminded maniacs!
